I had known for many years I wanted to start my own business. It’s been a dream for quite some time. But, to accomplish that dream, I needed to find what I was truly passionate about. I tried different things, such as wedding photography, nature photography [which I still enjoy], and web development, and I loved them all, but the passion just wasn’t there.

So years later, I met this wedding filmmaker, who is now one of my best friends. Through him, I connected with a local wedding video company and ended up working there for over 4 years. It started as a weekend-only gig for the first couple of years, but then became my full-time employment. During that time of gaining experience and growing relationships, I discovered my passion… wedding filmmaking.

So, here I am. I finally got to start my own business doing something I’m truly passionate about. The creativity that’s explored and nurtured… the relationships that are built with couples and families… the memories that are captured. This is the coolest job in the world.

I couldn’t do any of this without the support of my beautiful wife of 16 years who inspires me daily. Plus my 10 year old son keeps me young at heart playing with legos and video games, and reminds me to value the little things in life. I would be nowhere, though, without God. He led me to where I am today, and for that, I am grateful.
