I have known for a very long time that I wanted to own my own business, but I needed to find what I was truly passionate about, and grow in that direction. I tried different things, such as photography (even weddings), and while nature photography [ www.inspirednaturally.com ] is still a passion of mine, it's not something I felt was a business venture. I explored web design & development for many years, and again, I loved it, but the passion just wasn't there.
Rewind... it all started at my church. I volunteered for a technical position running a video camera for the multiple celebrations, and I met the video coordinator. I mentioned that I did wedding photography in the past, and he introduced me to a few wedding videographers. Through one of them, I met with one of Cincinnati's biggest wedding videographers, and ended up working there for nearly 4 years. During that time of gaining experience and growing relationships, I discovered my passion... wedding filmmaking.
The creativity that's explored and nurtured. The relationships that are built with couples and families. The priceless memories that are captured. All reasons why wedding filmmaking is a passion and not a job.
On a personal level, I rediscover my passion everyday, as a father and husband. My beautiful and supportive wife of 14 years, two incredible children, and knowing my purpose in life. God led me to where I am today, and for that, I am grateful.
