what you really want to know

  • I believe that holding hands with your wife should never be taken for granted, no matter your age

  • I will take every opportunity to jump on the back of a full grocery cart and ride it all the way to my car in the back of the parking lot

  • And speaking of parking in the very back of the parking lot, I do that on purpose to get extra steps through the day and it annoys my wife and son

  • And still on the grocery cart subject, never jump on the back of an empty shopping cart because your pants will meet the pavement

  • I never believed how much a part of your family a dog could be until we got her, and I never really knew how much I loved her until we lost her

  • I think taking your pants off once you’re sure no one is going to come over for the night is an extremely comfortable way of enjoying the evening

  • If I feel like busting into a funky dance move in front of people while I’m out running, I will do it (just ask my wife)

  • I say “that’s what she said” at every opportunity, and remarkably there are a lot of opportunities

What I really want you to know

After 15 years of capturing beautiful wedding moments, I started burning out a bit. In 2019, I experienced some changes in my life and through those changes, I came to realize again how much of an honor it is to be chosen by a bride and/or her loved ones to be such a significant part of a wedding day. With so many wonderful and creative video professionals to choose from, I never take for granted when a bride says, “Let’s do this!” and I truly appreciate and respect that decision. Hopefully if you’re reading this, I’ll hear that from you as well!
